What I offer
With my longtime experience and partnership in one of Vienna’s best law offices in the field of matrimonial law and family law, my primary professional specialization is in this area. My second professional specialization is in the area of food law, with associations to competition law and intellectual property rights. I also offer advice and legal representation in civil law matters.

As an entrepreneur you are responsible for compliance with numerous legal regulations on a national and European level. My main role in this context is to provide you with relevant advice and information so you can meet these obligations and avoid violations and proceedings.
In addition, I provide advice on all aspects of competition law and trademark law and if necessary, legal representation at court or authorities.

Civil Law and Civil Procedure Law
I also provide advice and representation in all general civil matters including issues with warranty, compensation for damages or liability claims, initiating contractual arrangements or dealing with claims at civils courts.
